Abstract

The aim of this community service is to optimize student discipline at SMK MU Cimerak through leadership seminars. This service is carried out so that students can develop a sense of responsibility and discipline in teaching and learning activities or for future provisions. This community service uses metode Service Learning by observing and participating at SMK MU Cimerak, then taking action by collaborating with the student council administrators in overcoming the problems that occurred, then carrying out an evaluation. The implementation of community service was carried out for three months starting from 06 February 2024 to 29 April 2024. The results of community service in optimizing student discipline through leadership seminars are getting better and continuing to improve, this is proven by positive changes in increasing student compliance with school regulations, decreasing level of tardiness, and increased responsibility for academic assignments.
