Analisis Ketidakselarasan Kebijakan dengan Kebutuhan Anak Usia Dini di RA Al Hidayah Pangandaran

This study aims to analyze the mismatch between early childhood education policies implemented at RA Al Hidayah Pangandaran and the actual needs of young children in the institution. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The results revealed several aspects of the policy that did not fully align with the characteristics and developmental needs of early childhood, such as the implementation of an overly academic curriculum, a heavy administrative workload for teachers, and limited support for child-centered learning approaches. These discrepancies have led to suboptimal developmental stimulation for children and increased workload stress for educators. This study recommends the need for evaluation and adjustment of policies to make them more contextual, flexible, and responsive to the real needs of early childhood and the realities on the ground
