Pengaruh Program Konseling Kelompok terhadap Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Xi di SMK Negeri Cikalong

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of group guidance programs on improving the learning motivation of 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri Cikalong. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive, which includes data quality tests or instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing (t-test), coefficient of determination (R²), and analysis that explains the relationship between group guidance and the improvement of students’ learning motivation at SMK Negeri Cikalong. Based on the results of the simple linear regression calculation, the following equation was obtained: Y=6,136.146+0.954X, indicating that the group guidance program has a significant and positive effect on increasing students' learning motivation. The t-test results show that the group guidance program has a coefficient of 0.954 with a t-value of 13.010 and a significance value (Sig.) = 0.001. Since the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), it can be concluded that variable X (group guidance program) significantly affects variable Y (learning motivation). The correlation coefficient analysis result shows a value of 0.818 or 81.8%, meaning there is a strong positive relationship between the independent variable (group guidance program) and the dependent variable (learning motivation). The coefficient of determination (R²) value is 0.6691 or 66.91%, indicating that the group guidance program (X) affects the learning motivation (Y) of 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri Cikalong by 66.91%. This indicates that the group guidance program has a positive and significant effect on improving learning outcomes.
