Abstract

This article is directed at finding out the strategic style of conflict management in the Pangandaran purna paskibraka organization in encouraging organizational cooperation which has an impact on the development of the organization itself, so that the results of this research are expected to become a reference, especially for members of the organization in an effort to increase their readiness in facing similar situations in the future. This research uses qualitative methods to explore strategies for overcoming conflict in organizations and understanding the meaning of social problems. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation methods and semi-structured interviews on research subjects consisting of overcoming conflicts in organizations. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research show conflict management in terms of sources and ways to resolve the conflict.
