Dinamika Sosial dalam Proses Pengambilan Keputusan dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam: Studi Kasus di Ponpes Miftahul Falah Cantigi

The purpose of this study is to determine the social dynamics in the decision-making process at Ponpes Miftahul Falah Cantigi. Descriptive qualitative data collection methods are used, and data collection is carried out through documentation, interviews, and observations. In addition, this study uses various references from various articles, journals, and other websites. Data shows that the decision-making process at Miftahul Falah Islamic Boarding School always prioritizes Islamic values ??and teachings, and involves active participation from all stakeholders. Participatory approaches, open communication, and awareness of diversity are also considered, of course, in order to create better decisions and support the desired educational goals. And allows educational institutions to be more inclusive, transparent, and responsive to the needs of society and the demands of the times.
