Pengaruh Aktivitas Team Building terhadap Peningkatan Kerjasama Anggota pada Karang Taruna Ampera

Abstract

The cooperation in organizations is an important element to achieve common goals effectively and efficiently. One form of organization that has developed at the village level is Karang Taruna, which has a strategic role in social development and community empowerment. However, often the biggest challenge in these organizations is the low level of cooperation between members, which affects the performance and achievement of social programs. This study aims to determine how the influence of team building activities on increasing member cooperation in Ampera Youth Organization. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design and data analysis through survey methods and interviews to measure the level of cooperation before and after team building activities. The findings showed that there was a significant increase in the level of cooperation of members after team building activities were implemented. This finding indicates that team building activities can be an effective strategy in improving cooperation in youth organizations. The implications of this study provide insights for Karang Taruna administrators and other organizations to implement similar activities to maximize collaboration and team performance.
