Jenis-jenis Pembiayaan Pendidikan dan Dampaknya Terhadap Infrastruktur Pendidikan di MAN 1 Pangandaran

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of education financing received by MAN 1 Pangandaran and analyze its impact on the development of educational infrastructure. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that education financing at MAN 1 Pangandaran consists of government funds (DIPA and BOS), community contributions through school committees, and assistance from external parties such as CSR and alumni. Each type of financing has a different role in supporting the construction and maintenance of educational facilities. Government funds are the main source of classroom and laboratory construction, while public funds are more flexible in supporting urgent maintenance of facilities. However, infrastructure such as toilets, UKS rooms, and sports fields are still not optimal due to limited fund allocation and delays in budget disbursement. Other challenges faced include long-term planning that has not been maximized and the mismatch between the needs of facilities and the amount of funds available. This study concludes that transparent, collaborative, and needs-based financing management is essential in creating an educational environment that supports the teaching and learning process as a whole
