Pengawasan Penggunaan Dana Pendidikan di MA YBH Cimindi Studi Kasus Studi Kasus dan Implikasinya Terhadap Kinerja Lembaga Pendidikan

This study aims to examine the supervision of the use of education funds at Madrasah Aliyah YBH Cimindi and its implications for the performance of educational institutions. The background of this study is based on the importance of transparency and accountability in the management of education funds in order to achieve efficiency and improve the quality of education services. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah management, and analysis of financial documents and institutional performance reports. The results of the study indicate that the supervision system implemented is still internal and not fully systematic, so it has the potential to cause inefficiency in the use of funds. The implications of this weak supervision have an impact on the low effectiveness of education programs and decreased stakeholder trust in the institution. This study recommends the need to strengthen a more transparent and accountable fund supervision system in order to improve the overall performance of educational institutions.
