The Role of Family Businesses in Domestic Resilience: An Analytical Study of Financial Conflict Resolution for Achieving Family Happiness

Family businesses represent a unique pillar of the micro-economy because they integrate two often contradictory systems: business professionalism and family emotional dynamics. This study aims to analyze how RI-YA GreenHouse, an agribusiness venture, manages potential financial conflicts to maintain domestic stability and achieve family happiness. Key issues in family businesses often stem from the commingling of personal and corporate assets, which triggers tension among family members. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study method. The findings indicate that RI-YA GreenHouse implements effective strategies regarding budget transparency and the separation of operational accounts. Financial conflicts are addressed through persuasive communication and religious values that strengthen domestic bonds. The study concludes that sound financial management in family businesses is not merely about profitability but serves as a vital instrument for fostering household stability and sustainable happiness
