This study aims to evaluate the educational supervision program at RA Al Huda in an effort to improve the quality of early childhood learning. Using a qualitative evaluative approach, data were collected through interviews with the principal, five teachers, and three parents, complemented by classroom observations and document analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing), with validity ensured through source and technique triangulation as well as member checks. The results indicate that academic supervision and clinical supervision through direct observation can have a positive impact on improving the quality of learning planning, implementation, and assessment. Teachers become more aware of the importance of varied methods, the use of environment-based learning media, and authentic assessments that reflect child development. However, supervision implementation still faces obstacles such as time constraints, negative perceptions from teachers, and a lack of training for supervisors. Therefore, supervision needs to be carried out continuously, participatorily, and supported by supervisor capacity building to become an effective means of professional development
