Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) has an important role in improving the quality of teacher performance in the educational environment. This research starts from the problem of the low quality of teacher performance which can affect the overall quality of education. This research aims to explore effective human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving the quality of teacher performance. Using the literature study method, this research analyzes various relevant literature to identify strategies that can be implemented. The research subject is HRM in general, while the object is strategies for improving teacher performance. The research results show that strategies such as skills development, comprehensive performance assessment, providing constructive feedback, encouraging initiative and creativity, recognition and rewards, collaboration in work teams, support for teacher welfare, and continuous evaluation can significantly improve teacher performance. The implementation of this strategy is expected to be able to create a more supportive, productive and innovative educational environment, thereby having a positive impact on the quality of education.
