Impelementasi Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika pada Siswa

This research is backed by the need to evaluate the implementation of the Realistic Mathematics Education Approach (PMR) in MIN 1 Mataram City. The purpose of this research is to see the implementation of the PMRI approach in teaching mathematics, especially on the topic of flat building. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a PMR approach that involves teachers and students as a data source. Data is collected through interviews and observations. Research results show that the PMR approach increases students' understanding of concepts and helps teachers in delivering material more effectively. Students show a higher interest in learning mathematics from the observation results where students are more motivated to learn with the PMR approach. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of PMR in MIN 1 Mataram City located in Punia has succeeded in improving the quality of mathematics learning, especially in the topic of flat building. The implication of this research shows that the PMR approach can be an effective strategy to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level.
