Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic-based management in improving the quality of education at SD IT An-Nahar Pangandaran. The primary focus is to understand how Islamic principles are applied in school management and how these contribute to enhancing educational quality. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and parents, as well as documentation. The findings reveal that the application of Islamic values in school management positively impacts students' academic and spiritual quality, fostering character development grounded in noble ethics. Furthermore, the management of human resources, curriculum, and an Islamic-based learning environment plays a significant role in creating an educational atmosphere conducive to students' moral and intellectual growth
