Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of quality management in developing a culture of excellence at Al Itqon Vocational School. The main focus of this research is evaluating the implementation of the quality management system in schools, as well as how a culture of excellence can be formed and maintained through effective quality management. First, this research discusses the implementation of quality management which includes planning, monitoring and evaluation carried out by the school to ensure the realization of optimal educational quality standards. In this context, quality management plays an important role in maintaining the quality of teaching, facilities and increasing the competence of educators. Second, this research examines how a culture of excellence can grow at Al Itqon Vocational School through collaboration between management, teachers and students. Developing a culture of excellence involves building character, work ethic and integrity that supports the achievement of the school's vision and mission. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a deeper understanding of the importance of quality management in creating a superior culture that supports educational success at Al Itqon Vocational School.
