Peningkatan Kualitas Lulusan di Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK PLUS MA'ARIF NU PARIGI

This study aims to analyze the quality of graduates of the Department of Office Governance Automation (OTKP) at SMK Plus Ma'arif NU Parigi and identify the factors that cause the gap between the curriculum taught and the needs of the job market. This department is expected to produce a skilled workforce in the field of office administration, but in reality there is a mismatch between the competence of graduates and the demands of the industry. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that there are several factors that cause the gap, including limited practice facilities, and lack of cooperation with industry. The graduates produced are not fully prepared to face professional challenges in the world of work, both in terms of technical skills and soft skills. To overcome these problems, this study recommends updating the curriculum to be more relevant to the latest technological developments, improving educational facilities, strengthening the Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) program, and increasing cooperation with the industrial world, especially the private sector. It is hoped that with the implementation of this recommendation, graduates of SMK Plus Ma'arif NU Parigi can be more prepared and competitive in entering the growing world of work.
