Implementasi Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MTS Al-Ikhlas Kertaharja

This study aims to analyze the implementation of TQM in the Islamic education system at MTs Al-Ikhlas Kertaharja to measure the impact of TQM implementation on the quality of education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Kertaharja by using certain indicators, such as student learning outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction levels, and the quality of educational services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at MTs Al-Ikhlas Kertaharja. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted at MTs Al-Ikhsan Kertaharja, researchers found that the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at MTs Al Ikhlas Kertaharja is based on systematic efforts to improve the quality of education as a whole, involving all components of the school, from leaders, teachers, students, to parents and the community. The implementation of TQM at MTs Al Ikhlas Kertaharja is carried out by continuous evaluation of the learning process which includes all stages of learning, from curriculum planning, material preparation, to the implementation of teaching methods in the classroom. Commitment to continuous improvement and active participation of all school components make TQM an effective strategy in improving the quality of education in this school.
