Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan melalui Perbaikan Berkelanjutan di SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran

This research focuses on improving the quality of education through continuous improvement, aiming to explore and identify various aspects that contribute to enhancing the quality of education in the institution. In this context, the study identifies key indicators that reflect the quality of education and how the process of continuous improvement can be applied within the education system. The research uses a descriptive analysis method, which is an approach used to analyze, describe, and summarize various conditions and situations from the data collected through observations of the issues being researched during the study period. Through interviews with teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran, it was found that there are varied understandings and approaches to improving the quality of education, indicating the need for well-planned and measurable strategies in implementing continuous improvement. This study is expected to provide constructive recommendations for improving policies and practices in the education environment, which will contribute to the overall welfare of educational institutions. Therefore, this research not only focuses on the existing challenges but also on the solutions that can be applied to achieve higher-quality and sustainable education
