Analisis Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana untuk Mendukung Kualitas Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang: Fokus pada Perencanaan dan Pengadaan

Facilities and infrastructure are crucial in supporting the teaching and learning process and the quality of education. This study aims to analyze and understand the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, including planning, procurement, use, and maintenance. This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to understand and describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, particularly in planning and procurement. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the principal, administrative staff, and teachers involved, while secondary data came from official documents such as budget plans, procurement reports, and related policies. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, direct observation of the condition and management of facilities and infrastructure, and documentation from school documents. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique, which includes data reduction, presentation of data in narrative or tabular form, and drawing conclusions based on relevant findings. The results indicate that management is well-conducted, but maintenance requires more attention to maintain the quality of facilities. Effective management is expected to create a conducive educational environment and improve the quality of learning
