Strategi Manajemen Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Pondok Pesantren Ihya Ulumiddin Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Era Milenial

This research aims to analyze the HR Development Management Strategy at the Ihya Ulumudin Islamic Boarding School as one of the religion-based institutions in facing educational challenges in the millennial era. The research seeks to explore more deeply the HR development process which includes training, career development, empowerment, and performance evaluation. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This approach was chosen to explore in depth the phenomenon of human resource development (HR) management strategies implemented at the Ihya 'Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. The research results state that human resource development management is one of the strategic functions of an organization that aims to ensure that human resource management is carried out effectively to support the achievement of the objectives of the Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. This HR development process includes training, career development, empowerment and performance evaluation. The urgency of this research lies in strategic solutions for managing human resources at the Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School so that this institution can improve the quality of education in line with the needs of the millennial era without forgetting the Islamic values ??that are its identity. By focusing on aspects of training, career development, empowerment and performance evaluation, this research is expected to produce recommendations that are applicable and able to have a significant positive impact on improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.
