This study aims to analyze and describe the optimization of Information Technology (IT) in improving the effectiveness of administrative services at SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach to understand and describe the optimization of Information Technology (IT) in improving the effectiveness of administrative services at SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran. The research subjects included administrative staff, school management, application operators, and related external parties. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGD). The collected data were analyzed using a flow model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This analysis allows for a deep understanding of the role of IT in supporting personnel and student administration. Although there are challenges in training new employees and users approaching retirement, solutions in the form of mentoring and structured training can help overcome these obstacles. This study concludes that IT significantly contributes to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services at SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran.

Tantangan dan Peluang SMP Terpadu Jamanis dalam Mengelola Pendidikan Islam di Era Digital

This research aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in managing Islamic education in the digital era with a case study at Jamanis Integrated Middle School. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the main challenges include resistance to change, technological limitations, and the attitude of the surrounding community which still strongly holds traditional values. The innovative strategies implemented include technology-based teacher training, the use of digital media in learning, and strengthening character education through social involvement. With the support of adaptive policies and collaboration of all stakeholders, Jamanis Integrated Middle School has great potential to develop into an Islamic educational institution that is superior and adaptive to changing times.

Schools serve as the second home for students to gain knowledge outside their family environment. Comfort becomes a key factor that must be considered from various aspects. However, the reality shows that many schools located far from urban centers face various challenges in receiving assistance with facilities and infrastructure. Weak signals, damaged roads, and other obstacles have become sources of concern for the community. If this issue is not addressed early, Indonesia risks losing its golden generation by 2045. To overcome these challenges, teachers strive with various strategies to minimize the deficiencies in schools. This study aims to describe how the utilization of facilities and infrastructure distribution can support learning at SDN 4 Jadimulya. The focus of this research is on the process of utilizing the distributed facilities and infrastructure to enhance teaching and learning activities. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interview techniques. Field findings indicate that the proper utilization of distributed facilities and infrastructure, supported by teachers and community participation, can ease students' access to knowledge. Consequently, SDN 4 Jadimulya can continue to develop and not succumb to the challenges of time and natural factors.

Teacher performance significantly affects the quality of learning, which in turn determines the success of the educational process. One effort to improve learning quality is through academic supervision activities. Academic supervision plays a role in providing guidance, direction, and evaluation of teacher performance to ensure alignment with professional standards. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of academic supervision in enhancing teacher performance to achieve better learning quality. Using a qualitative research method with a library-based literature review approach, the study found that systematic and continuous academic supervision provides constructive feedback, improves pedagogical competence, and encourages innovation in teaching practices. The success of academic supervision heavily depends on the active involvement of education supervisors and open communication between supervisors and teachers. Proper support can enhance teachers' motivation and confidence in carrying out their duties. Moreover, the improvement in teacher performance resulting from effective academic supervision has been proven to positively impact student learning outcomes.Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of implementing good academic supervision as a strategy to enhance the quality of learning.

The most children's activities require motor skills, physical activity environments and opportunities to do physical activities during the child's growth period are a big opportunity for children's health and early learning. However, in reality, not all children have met and developed according to the standards of early childhood development achievement. This certainly should not be underestimated and must be overcome because it will affect children in facing their life problems later. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the physical exercise game programs that can stimulate physical motor development in early childhood. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a type of research in the form of a literature study. The literature review method is used to provide information about physical exercise game programs that can stimulate physical motor development in early childhood obtained through reading sources related to the research topic. The results show that efforts that can be made to improve gross motor skills, namely playing, are one way for children to learn and improve their abilities. Examples of game programs that can train young children physically are throwing and catching games, soccer, bowling, relay games, tian board games, rhythmic gymnastics and crank games.

Peningkatan Disiplin Siswa dan Guru Melalui Penerapan Aplikasi PSP Mobile Di SD IT An-Nahar

Discipline improvement is one of the primary indicators of educational success in schools. SD IT An-Nahar Pangandaran has adopted the PSP Mobile Application as part of its Educational Management Information System (EMIS) to monitor student and teacher attendance in real-time. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the PSP Mobile application in enhancing discipline. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the PSP Mobile application positively impacts the discipline level of students and teachers, with attendance rates improving by up to 90%. The application simplifies attendance monitoring, reduces disciplinary violations, and increases transparency in attendance data. Thus, the adoption of digital technology such as PSP Mobile offers an innovative solution to support more effective educational management.

Facilities and infrastructure are crucial in supporting the teaching and learning process and the quality of education. This study aims to analyze and understand the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, including planning, procurement, use, and maintenance. This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to understand and describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, particularly in planning and procurement. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the principal, administrative staff, and teachers involved, while secondary data came from official documents such as budget plans, procurement reports, and related policies. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, direct observation of the condition and management of facilities and infrastructure, and documentation from school documents. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique, which includes data reduction, presentation of data in narrative or tabular form, and drawing conclusions based on relevant findings. The results indicate that management is well-conducted, but maintenance requires more attention to maintain the quality of facilities. Effective management is expected to create a conducive educational environment and improve the quality of learning

This study analyzes the implementation of the Education Data Management Information System (SIMDIK) in improving data accuracy for educational planning at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. The research aims to identify whether the application of SIMDIK can accelerate the processes of data collection, processing, and distribution, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making. With more accurate and up-to-date data, SIMDIK is expected to support more efficient and effective educational planning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and in-depth interviews with teachers and staff involved in using SIMDIK. The analysis employs qualitative techniques to explore the perceptions and experiences of SIMDIK users at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff to understand how SIMDIK affects data accuracy and access speed, as well as its impact on educational planning. The results show that SIMDIK significantly improves data accuracy and access speed, positively influencing more efficient educational planning, particularly in budget allocation, facility management, and curriculum adjustment. Despite these benefits, challenges related to user training and adequate technological infrastructure still need to be addressed. This study contributes to the development of educational information systems in other schools and emphasizes the importance of stakeholder involvement in enhancing the quality of data-based educational planning that is more accurate and transparent

This research aims to analyze the HR Development Management Strategy at the Ihya Ulumudin Islamic Boarding School as one of the religion-based institutions in facing educational challenges in the millennial era. The research seeks to explore more deeply the HR development process which includes training, career development, empowerment, and performance evaluation. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This approach was chosen to explore in depth the phenomenon of human resource development (HR) management strategies implemented at the Ihya 'Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. The research results state that human resource development management is one of the strategic functions of an organization that aims to ensure that human resource management is carried out effectively to support the achievement of the objectives of the Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. This HR development process includes training, career development, empowerment and performance evaluation. The urgency of this research lies in strategic solutions for managing human resources at the Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School so that this institution can improve the quality of education in line with the needs of the millennial era without forgetting the Islamic values ??that are its identity. By focusing on aspects of training, career development, empowerment and performance evaluation, this research is expected to produce recommendations that are applicable and able to have a significant positive impact on improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.

Integrasi SIMDIK dengan Sistem DAPODIK: Peluang dan Tantangan dalam Meningkatkan Pengelolaan Data Pendidikan

This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges in the integration between the Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) and the Basic Education Data (DAPODIK) in improving the efficiency of education data management in Indonesia. In the midst of the development of information technology, efficient management of education data is the key to effective education policy planning and evaluation. DAPODIK has been used as the main education data collection system, but limitations in data integration more broadly are still an obstacle. SIMDIK is present as a solution that can integrate various elements of education to improve data management holistically. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by exploring secondary data from literature, policy reports, and other sources. The results of the study show that the integration of SIMDIK and DAPODIK offers great opportunities, such as reducing data duplication, accelerating data access, and improving the quality of data-driven decision-making. However, challenges such as differences in data formats, infrastructure limitations, data security issues, and resistance to change need to be overcome through appropriate mitigation measures, such as increased human resource training and technological infrastructure development. With the right policy support and mature implementation, this integration is expected to improve education data management and improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Jasmani Anak Usia Dini Melalui Permainan Tradisional di Sekolah Alam Pangandaran

This study aims to improve the physical abilities of early childhood through traditional games at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method of case study approach, what is meant by qualitative method is a research method that aims to understand a phenomenon in depth. This method is done by analyzing descriptive data, such as text, video, or audio, to understand a concept, opinion, or experience. Researchers go directly to the field to examine traditional games that can improve fine motor and gross motor development so that children are able to develop their bodies. Data collection techniques were carried out by taking photos, recordings and interviews with principals and teachers. The results of the research at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran show that children are accustomed to playing traditional games in groups, the traditional game that is often done is jumping rope, the rope is made of woven rubber that children and facilitators weave so that in addition to improving gross motor skills by jumping it can also improve fine motor skills by weaving rubber. Sekolah Alam Pangandaran facilitators have a fun approach so that children are able to develop their developmental abilities well.

Religious education plays a strategic role in shaping the character and morals of students, especially in the modern era which is full of moral and social challenges. In the school environment, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers not only play the role of teachers, but also as exemplary figures who have the responsibility to instill religious values in students. The formation of this religious culture is expected to be a strong foundation for students in facing challenges and problems in life. Therefore, the role of Islamic religious teachers in shaping religious culture is very important, by utilizing various strategies to be able to overcome existing challenges and obstacles. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the contribution of PAI teachers in shaping religious culture in schools and what obstacles and challenges occur in the formation. This research is a qualitative research with a literature case study method (library research). The main data is taken from books, journals, articles and other literature that are relevant to the research theme. The data collection technique is carried out in a descriptive analytical manner, namely by analyzing the content of the literature regarding its contribution to shaping religious culture. using books and other literature as the main topic. The results of the study suggest that PAI teachers are role models, by showing Islamic values in daily life both inside and outside the classroom. This behavior becomes a real example for students, thus motivating students to practice religious values in their lives.

Character education plays an important role in shaping a quality generation, especially in the digital era with the emergence of generation Z. This generation, which grew up with technological advances, faces complex moral and social challenges. Islamic religious education, as one of the important approaches in character formation, plays a role in teaching moral values ??such as honesty, responsibility, and tolerance. The purpose of this study is to explore how Islamic religious education can shape the character of generation Z in facing the challenges of the modern era. The methodology used is a literature study, where data is collected from various relevant literature, such as books, journals, and research related to Islamic education and character formation. The results of this study indicate that the integration of Islamic values ??in character education, both in the curriculum, active learning, and extracurricular activities, is a strategic step in shaping the character of generation Z who are adaptive and responsible. In addition, the application of technology in learning is also needed to improve students' understanding of Islamic values ??in an interesting and interactive way. This study suggests the need for collaboration between schools, parents, and the community to create an environment that supports character education holistically. Thus, Islamic education can shape Generation Z who not only excel in academics, but also have good morals and are ready to make positive contributions to society

This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in improving the efficiency of library management. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study reviews the literature related to library management, information technology, and its implementation in the context of modern libraries. Data collection techniques were carried out through a literature study of various journals, books, and other relevant sources. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by identifying the main themes and building arguments based on the findings from the literature reviewed. The results of the study show that information technology plays a very important role in improving the efficiency of library management. The implementation of library management systems, such as online cataloging, digital lending, and user data analysis, enables libraries to manage collections, provide services, and measure performance more effectively. In addition, digital libraries also offer wider and more flexible access for users. However, this study also identifies several challenges in the implementation of information technology in libraries, such as limited budgets, resistance to change, and the need for ongoing training.

This research aims to analyze the contribution of Management Information Systems (SIM) in increasing transparency and accountability in Islamic educational institutions. The importance of transparency and accountability in the management of educational institutions is the background for this research, especially to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use and build stakeholder trust. This research raises the main question regarding how the implementation of SIM can support the achievement of these goals in Islamic educational institutions. Using library research methods, this research reviews relevant literature, journals and case studies. The results of the analysis show that SIM plays an important role in speeding up and facilitating access to information, enabling systematic reporting, and improving monitoring and evaluation of academic and administrative performance. However, the implementation of SIM in Islamic educational institutions is faced with various challenges, such as limited technological understanding and skills, limited resources, resistance to change, and data security threats. To overcome these obstacles, strategic steps are needed that include technology training, planned change management, and the development of an adequate data security system. This research emphasizes the crucial role of SIM in supporting transparency and accountability, while providing suggestions for more effective implementation in Islamic educational institutions.

This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision in improving the quality of teacher performance at SD IT An-Nahar. Educational supervision is an essential strategy that can facilitate the professional development of teachers through monitoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback. This research employs a case study approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation related to the implementation of supervision at the school. The findings indicate that well-structured and continuous educational supervision can enhance teaching quality and teacher performance in managing classrooms, applying effective teaching methods, and creating a conducive learning environment. Additionally, managerial support and collaboration between the principal and teachers in the supervision process are key factors in the successful improvement of teacher performance. This study concludes that effective educational supervision serves as a fundamental pillar in achieving optimal educational quality at SD IT An-Nahar by enhancing teachers' competence and motivation to meet better educational goals.

The development of information technology has had a significant impact in various sectors, including the world of education. One application is through a Management Information System (SIM) which can increase operational efficiency, reduce administrative errors, and support data-based decision making. This research aims to analyze the application of the SIM structure in improving operational efficiency at SMK N 1 Cijulang. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the SIM implemented at SMK N 1 Cijulang is still in the design stage, with most of the administrative processes still being carried out manually. However, there are great opportunities in utilizing existing technological facilities, such as Wi-Fi networks and social media, to support administration and communication activities. Some of the challenges faced in implementing SIM include limited hardware and software, as well as a lack of knowledge and skills in using the system among teaching staff. This research also identifies solutions to overcome these challenges, such as training for teachers and improving integrated technology facilities. It is hoped that the full implementation of SIM can improve the efficiency and quality of educational services at SMK N 1 Cijulang

Educational facilities and infrastructure have a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of the learning process. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach. The literature approach is a study that uses data analysis based on written materials. Literature materials are in the form of published notes, books, research journals, and other articles. This study discusses the basic concepts of educational facilities and infrastructure and analyzes the related management objectives and principles. The results of the study show that effective management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be based on the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, continuity, and relevance to the needs of students and the curriculum. In addition, good management can improve the quality of learning, create a conducive environment, and maximize the use of available resources. These findings indicate that policies and strategies in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be designed systematically and sustainably in order to provide optimal benefits for all stakeholders in the world of education.

This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the behavior of teachers and students at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang. Organizational culture is defined as a collection of values, norms, beliefs and habits that guide behavior for all members in achieving common goals. In the educational context, organizational culture plays an important role in creating an environment conducive to learning and influencing interaction patterns between teachers and students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of school principals, teachers and students who were selected purposively. The research results show that a strong and positive organizational culture at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, such as effective communication, appreciation for achievements, and the application of the values of cooperation and discipline, has a significant impact on teacher and student behavior. Teachers tend to be more motivated in carrying out professional duties, show a more innovative attitude, and create an inclusive classroom atmosphere. Meanwhile, students show improvements in discipline, learning motivation, and active involvement in school activities. Conversely, a weak organizational culture, such as a lack of coordination and support for innovation, can hinder the development of positive behavior in both teachers and students. This research provides important insights for education managers about how to build and strengthen organizational culture to support the achievement of educational goals. By creating an organizational culture that is inclusive and oriented towards character development, SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang is expected to produce teachers and students who excel and are able to face future challenges.
