This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach to understand and describe the optimization of Information Technology (IT) in improving the effectiveness of administrative services at SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran. The research subjects included administrative staff, school management, application operators, and related external parties. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGD). The collected data were analyzed using a flow model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This analysis allows for a deep understanding of the role of IT in supporting personnel and student administration. Although there are challenges in training new employees and users approaching retirement, solutions in the form of mentoring and structured training can help overcome these obstacles. The research results show that the main challenges include resistance to change, technological limitations, and the attitude of the surrounding community which still strongly holds traditional values. The innovative strategies implemented include technology-based teacher training, the use of digital media in learning, and strengthening character education through social involvement. Comfort becomes a key factor that must be considered from various aspects. However, the reality shows that many schools located far from urban centers face various challenges in receiving assistance with facilities and infrastructure. Weak signals, damaged roads, and other obstacles have become sources of concern for the community. If this issue is not addressed early, Indonesia risks losing its golden generation by 2045. To overcome these challenges, teachers strive with various strategies to minimize the deficiencies in schools. This study aims to describe how the utilization of facilities and infrastructure distribution can support learning at SDN 4 Jadimulya. The focus of this research is on the process of utilizing the distributed facilities and infrastructure to enhance teaching and learning activities. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interview techniques. Field findings indicate that the proper utilization of distributed facilities and infrastructure, supported by teachers and community participation, can ease students' access to knowledge. One effort to improve learning quality is through academic supervision activities. Academic supervision plays a role in providing guidance, direction, and evaluation of teacher performance to ensure alignment with professional standards. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of academic supervision in enhancing teacher performance to achieve better learning quality. Using a qualitative research method with a library-based literature review approach, the study found that systematic and continuous academic supervision provides constructive feedback, improves pedagogical competence, and encourages innovation in teaching practices. The success of academic supervision heavily depends on the active involvement of education supervisors and open communication between supervisors and teachers. Proper support can enhance teachers' motivation and confidence in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the physical exercise game programs that can stimulate physical motor development in early childhood. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a type of research in the form of a literature study. The literature review method is used to provide information about physical exercise game programs that can stimulate physical motor development in early childhood obtained through reading sources related to the research topic. The results show that efforts that can be made to improve gross motor skills, namely playing, are one way for children to learn and improve their abilities. SD IT An-Nahar Pangandaran has adopted the PSP Mobile Application as part of its Educational Management Information System (EMIS) to monitor student and teacher attendance in real-time. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the PSP Mobile application in enhancing discipline. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the PSP Mobile application positively impacts the discipline level of students and teachers, with attendance rates improving by up to 90%. The application simplifies attendance monitoring, reduces disciplinary violations, and increases transparency in attendance data. This study aims to analyze and understand the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, including planning, procurement, use, and maintenance. This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to understand and describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, particularly in planning and procurement. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the principal, administrative staff, and teachers involved, while secondary data came from official documents such as budget plans, procurement reports, and related policies. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, direct observation of the condition and management of facilities and infrastructure, and documentation from school documents. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique, which includes data reduction, presentation of data in narrative or tabular form, and drawing conclusions based on relevant findings. The research aims to identify whether the application of SIMDIK can accelerate the processes of data collection, processing, and distribution, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making. With more accurate and up-to-date data, SIMDIK is expected to support more efficient and effective educational planning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and in-depth interviews with teachers and staff involved in using SIMDIK. The analysis employs qualitative techniques to explore the perceptions and experiences of SIMDIK users at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff to understand how SIMDIK affects data accuracy and access speed, as well as its impact on educational planning. The results show that SIMDIK significantly improves data accuracy and access speed, positively influencing more efficient educational planning, particularly in budget allocation, facility management, and curriculum adjustment. Despite these benefits, challenges related to user training and adequate technological infrastructure still need to be addressed. In the midst of the development of information technology, efficient management of education data is the key to effective education policy planning and evaluation. DAPODIK has been used as the main education data collection system, but limitations in data integration more broadly are still an obstacle. SIMDIK is present as a solution that can integrate various elements of education to improve data management holistically. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by exploring secondary data from literature, policy reports, and other sources. The results of the study show that the integration of SIMDIK and DAPODIK offers great opportunities, such as reducing data duplication, accelerating data access, and improving the quality of data-driven decision-making. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method of case study approach, what is meant by qualitative method is a research method that aims to understand a phenomenon in depth. This method is done by analyzing descriptive data, such as text, video, or audio, to understand a concept, opinion, or experience. Researchers go directly to the field to examine traditional games that can improve fine motor and gross motor development so that children are able to develop their bodies. Data collection techniques were carried out by taking photos, recordings and interviews with principals and teachers. The results of the research at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran show that children are accustomed to playing traditional games in groups, the traditional game that is often done is jumping rope, the rope is made of woven rubber that children and facilitators weave so that in addition to improving gross motor skills by jumping it can also improve fine motor skills by weaving rubber. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by identifying the main themes and building arguments based on the findings from the literature reviewed. The results of the study show that information technology plays a very important role in improving the efficiency of library management. The implementation of library management systems, such as online cataloging, digital lending, and user data analysis, enables libraries to manage collections, provide services, and measure performance more effectively. Using library research methods, this research reviews relevant literature, journals and case studies. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the SIM implemented at SMK N 1 Cijulang is still in the design stage, with most of the administrative processes still being carried out manually. However, there are great opportunities in utilizing existing technological facilities, such as Wi-Fi networks and social media, to support administration and communication activities. Some of the challenges faced in implementing SIM include limited hardware and software, as well as a lack of knowledge and skills in using the system among teaching staff. This research also identifies solutions to overcome these challenges, such as training for teachers and improving integrated technology facilities. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach. The literature approach is a study that uses data analysis based on written materials. Literature materials are in the form of published notes, books, research journals, and other articles. This study discusses the basic concepts of educational facilities and infrastructure and analyzes the related management objectives and principles. The results of the study show that effective management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be based on the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, continuity, and relevance to the needs of students and the curriculum. In addition, good management can improve the quality of learning, create a conducive environment, and maximize the use of available resources. Organizational culture is defined as a collection of values, norms, beliefs and habits that guide behavior for all members in achieving common goals. In the educational context, organizational culture plays an important role in creating an environment conducive to learning and influencing interaction patterns between teachers and students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of school principals, teachers and students who were selected purposively. The research results show that a strong and positive organizational culture at SMK Negeri 1 Cijulang, such as effective communication, appreciation for achievements, and the application of the values of cooperation and discipline, has a significant impact on teacher and student behavior. Teachers tend to be more motivated in carrying out professional duties, show a more innovative attitude, and create an inclusive classroom atmosphere. Meanwhile, students show improvements in discipline, learning motivation, and active involvement in school activities. Conversely, a weak organizational culture, such as a lack of coordination and support for innovation, can hinder the development of positive behavior in both teachers and students. This research provides important insights for education managers about how to build and strengthen organizational culture to support the achievement of educational goals.
