Analysis of the Factors Constraining the Optimization of Library Management at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak

The school library should be an active learning resource center that supports the educational process. However, at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak, the utilization of the library is still not optimal. This is due to various obstacles that affect the overall function and services of the library. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted in April 2025 at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak. The analysis results show that there are four main obstacles in library management, namely: (1) the absence of dedicated staff responsible for daily operations; (2) limited and irrelevant book collections; (3) inadequate library facilities; and (4) low student reading interest due to a lack of literacy programs and library promotions. Library management at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak requires serious attention from various parties to improve the quality of services, including enhancing resources.

Policy Analysis on the Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi

The purpose of this study is to explore how the management of facilities and infrastructure can ensure the effective and efficient implementation of all educational resources at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi, as well as to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for both students and staff. This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The main focus of the discussion is on the policy process for managing school facilities and infrastructure, which includes a series of program planning, activities, actions, decisions, and stakeholder attitudes as stages in addressing various issues faced. Furthermore, the implementation of facility and infrastructure management policies at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi demonstrates a strong commitment to creating an optimal learning environment for students. Routine maintenance and repairs reflect an awareness of the importance of school facilities in supporting the smooth operation of the educational process. Moreover, the impact of facility and infrastructure management policies at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi can be seen in the improvement of learning quality, student achievement, and the creation of a school environment that is conducive to the holistic development of students' potential.

The Impact of the Availability of Library Resources on Reading Interest of MA YPP Jamanis Students

In an era of rapid scientific and technological advancement, school libraries are expected to serve as information centers and primary supports for the learning process. Technological progress has expanded students’ access to various sources of information, making the role of libraries increasingly strategic in enhancing learning quality and fostering students’ reading interest. Nevertheless, many school libraries, including the library of MA YPP Jamanis, still face various limitations in providing adequate services and resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of library resource availability on students’ reading interest at MA YPP Jamanis. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were collected directly at the research site to obtain a factual depiction of the library’s condition. The findings indicate that the library at MA YPP Jamanis remains in a less optimal state. Limitations in collection quality and ineffective management contribute to low reading interest among students, as reflected in the minimal frequency of visits and book borrowings. Therefore, efforts to reorganize resources, improve the quality of collections, and develop digital-based services are required to strengthen students’ literacy culture in a sustainable manner

Psychological Analysis of Delinquent Behavior Among Students From Broken Homes at SMK Ma’arif Cijulang

Juvenile delinquency is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by various factors, one of which is family conditions, particularly among students who experience disharmony within their household. This study aims to analyze forms of delinquent behavior among students from broken-home families at SMK Ma’arif Cijulang from a psychological perspective. The research employed a direct observation method to examine student behavior within the school environment, including their patterns of social interaction. The observations were conducted systematically to identify the types of deviant behaviors that emerged as well as the underlying psychological factors. The findings indicate that students from broken-home families tend to exhibit delinquent behaviors such as skipping classes, arriving late to school, and demonstrating low levels of discipline. Psychological factors, including emotional instability and a lack of parental supervision, were identified as the primary triggers of these behaviors. This study recommends enhancing psychosocial support and strengthening character education within the school environment as preventive efforts to reduce delinquent behavior among students from broken-home families.

Implementation Of P5RA In Improving The Character And Competence Of MAN 2 Pangandaran Students

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin (P5RA) in enhancing the character and competencies of students at MAN 2 Pangandaran. P5RA is a strategic initiative by the Ministry of Religious Affairs that integrates the values of Pancasila and the Islamic principle of rahmatan lil ‘alamin (mercy to all creation), aligning with the goals of character education and religious moderation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that P5RA is implemented through thematic activities grounded in Islamic values, mutual cooperation, independence, and social responsibility. These activities enable students to explore their potential, develop critical thinking, and strengthen values such as religiosity, tolerance, and accountability. The study concludes that P5RA plays a significant role in holistically shaping student character and competencies. It recommends continuous teacher training and increased collaboration between schools and parents to ensure the sustainability of the program.

Integration of Islamic Religious Education and Entrepreneurship Education Subjects at SMK AL-Masturiyah Tipar Cibolang Kaler, Cisaat, Sukabumi

In the era of globalization, economic challenges demand that the younger generation not only be academically intelligent but also possess an ethical and sharia-based entrepreneurial spirit. Many studies discuss the integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) with science, but few specifically examine the collaboration between PAI and PKWU. In reality, these two subjects are still run separately.

This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Purposive sampling was used to determine respondents. The data analysis steps included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.

The principal stated that efforts to integrate the two subjects face obstacles and require strategies implemented within the curriculum. Several obstacles have been identified, including: a) teachers' lack of understanding of the subject matter; b) students' lack of understanding of the importance of ethics in business; and c) a lack of creative learning methods and limited practical resources. The principal suggested addressing these obstacles by: a) preparing facilities and infrastructure; b) improving teachers' understanding and professionalism; and c) developing an integrated curriculum for the related subjects.

Various obstacles have been encountered in implementing the integration of the two subjects, such as teachers' understanding and the curriculum still running parallel, as well as limited practical resources.
