Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become an important part of teenagers' lives with various benefits such as easy communication and access to information. However, unwise use can have negative impacts such as addiction, cyberbullying, and the spread of false information. Through cross-class guidance at SMK Ma'arif Cijulang, digital literacy education activities are carried out to improve students' understanding of the wise use of social media. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out at SMK Ma'arif Cijulang with the aim of providing education about digital literacy, reducing the negative impacts of social media, and equipping teenagers with skills to protect privacy and data security. The method used in this study is Service Learning (SL), where students are not only objects of learning but also actively participate in the learning and reflection process. The results show an increase in students' awareness of digital ethics and vigilance against cyber threats, so that they are expected to be able to use social media more responsibly and create a safe digital environment.
