Pelatihan Microsoft Excel dalam Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Bagi Bendahara Sekolah di SMA N 1 Pangandaran

Abstract

The role of Information and Communication Technology is very necessary for students as a provision for them in facing the changes and demands of the times in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Operating a computer is part of the hard skills, students need to have skills in operating programs found in Windows and the most frequently used program is Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel is generally known as number processing software or can be said to be a sheet application program which functions to process data automatically such as calculations, formulas, use of functions, tables, graph creation and data management to create information data used for decision making. This service activity is motivated by the large opportunities supported by adequate facilities, making it easier for students to learn more about Microsoft Excel. The aim is to make reporting easier in a short time and if input errors occur they can be corrected without having to start over from the initial stage and can monitor financial conditions in real time. The activity implementation methods used are socialization, simulation and practice methods. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application in preparing financial reports and improving students' hard skills, especially for treasurers at SMA N 1 Pangandaran.
