Meningkatkan Karakter Kepemimpinan Era Milenial di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi

This research aims to improve the leadership character of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi through a service learning approach, with the service model applied being lectures, discussions and consultations. Using a projector to deliver material and a question and answer discussion forum, the activity was held on Friday, April 26 2024. This method is designed to integrate academic learning with community service, allowing students to develop leadership skills and character through real experience. The results showed significant improvements in students' self-confidence, communication skills, and organizational abilities. In addition, students also showed an increase in learning motivation and involvement in extracurricular activities. Program evaluation was carried out through surveys, interviews and direct observation, which showed that the service learning method was effective in developing students' leadership character. These findings support transformational leadership theory and show the importance of technology integration in millennial education.
