programs are not realized and also not implemented optimally. This community service aims to foster the management of the SMK Samudra Buana OSIS program. This community service method uses the service learning method. The results of the community service reported that the solution to overcome this problem is to hold this PKM with the theme of fostering OSIS program management, which of course has the aim of making OSIS administrators able to manage OSIS program management both in the long and short term. The steps taken to achieve the objectives of this PKM begin with analyzing the situation and identifying problems.
