Abstract

This community service was carried out as an effort to improve student discipline through a discipline seminar at MAS YPK Cijulang. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The method used was the participatory action research method. The results of the community service showed that one of the factors that supports the success of the school's vision and mission is the discipline of all school residents, but there are still many students who violate school rules. For this reason, researchers conducted student discipline seminars. In the seminar, researchers always provide motivation to students to improve discipline, especially in participating in teaching and learning activities at school.
