This service departs from the results of observations and discussions that the majority of Majlis Taklim Al-Ikhlas mothers experience difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an properly and
correctly, while one thing that Muslims need to pay attention to is how to read the Al-Qur'an. 'an is not the same as reading books or other writings in Arabic. What this means is that there are special rules for reading it. So that the service team and service partners agree together to organize this mentoring activity. The aim of this service activity is to encourage the improvement of Al-Quran reading skills among the women of Majlis Taklim Al-Ikhlas in Parakanmanggu Village, Parigi Pangandaran. The method used in this service is the Participatory Action Research method with three stages, namely planning, implementing and evaluating service activities. The results of this service are (1) service planning including determining the design, concept, location points, schedule, materials, and implementation of observation of service location points, (2) implementation of service includes the to Know
stage (Knowing the Real Condition of the Community), the to Understand stage (Understanding Community Problems), the to Plan stage (Planning Community Problem Solving); the to Act stage (Carrying out a Problem Solving Action Program), and the to
Change stage (Building Awareness for change and sustainability), and (3) service evaluation, namely planning, implementation, sustainability and usefulness of service activities.
