Upaya Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan dan Produktivitas Siswa Melalui Pelatihan Self Manajement di SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak

This service aims to improve students' discipline and productivity through self-management training at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak. The background of this initiative lies in the low levels of student discipline and productivity in both academic and daily school activities. The method used in this program is the Service Learning approach, which integrates academic learning with community service. The activity was carried out in three phases: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The training material included five key components of self-management: self-awareness, self-control, time management, motivation, and decision-making. The results showed that the training successfully enhanced students’ understanding and skills in self-management, which positively impacted their discipline and productivity at school. The program also provided a reflective and collaborative experience for the facilitators and can serve as a replicable empowerment model in other schools
