Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) aims to foster self-confidence and build positive leadership character in students of SMAN 1 Pangandaran through participatory and applicable leadership training. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to recognize their potential, improve communication skills, take initiatives in various situations, and build an attitude of responsibility and discipline as the foundation of leader character. The urgency of this activity is very high considering the real conditions at SMAN 1 Pangandaran which show that some students still experience obstacles in expressing opinions, hesitate to appear in public, and play a less active role in organizations and other school activities. This community service activity (PKM) is carried out through the Service Learning (SL) method through the stages of investigation, preparation, action and reflection. This workshop was held in three main sessions, namely material presentation, question and answer, and leadership simulation practice. Through these three stages - material, discussion, and practice - this workshop clearly embodies the essence of leadership as defined by Robins and Judge. The students learned not only to learn about leadership, but also to experience it directly in a context that supports the development of vision, influence, and interpersonal skills needed by a leader
