This community service activity aims to assist in improving the professionalism of staff at SMKN 1 Cijulang through the implementation of an educational workshop. Staff professionalism is a crucial factor in realizing excellent and competitive educational services. However, initial observations indicated the need to enhance work competencies, service ethics, and understanding of the strategic role of staff within the school environment. The activity was conducted in the form of a participatory workshop, covering materials such as quality service, work ethics, effective communication, and time and task management. The methods used included presentations, discussions, case studies, simulations, and follow-up evaluations. The results showed an increase in the participants' understanding and commitment to professional values, as well as a growing enthusiasm to improve service performance sustainably. This activity had a positive impact on strengthening a professional work culture that is more responsive to the needs of students. It is recommended that similar workshops be conducted periodically and integrated into the school’s human resource development programs.
