Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of early childhood educators (PAUD) at PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah in implementing a holistic, value-based education approach. Holistic education is regarded as a comprehensive method addressing children’s cognitive, affective, social, spiritual, and moral development. The service team designed a teacher training module focusing on three core pillars: values, reflection, and collaboration. The implementation methods included material delivery through training, group discussion facilitation, and hands-on planning of value-based learning activities. The results showed improved teacher understanding and skills in applying holistic education and the emergence of a reflective and collaborative culture within the school environment. Thus, this initiative contributes significantly to enhancing the quality of early childhood education at PAUDQu Annisa Syarifah.
