This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the female principal at SDN 4 Banjaranyar Ciamis succeeded in carrying out a leadership role within the EMASLIM framework well. He not only acts as an Educator by continuously developing himself and encouraging a positive learning culture, but also as an effective Manager in managing school resources. The Merdeka Curriculum is designed to provide schools with flexibility so they can adjust to their specific environment. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is expected to boost students' motivation to become more creative and active in learning, aligned with their interests and talents. This study uses a qualitative method, with the subjects being the principal, teachers, and students. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Cibenda. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation conducted directly in the field. The data analysis technique used involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results conclude that the management of the Merdeka Curriculum can increase students' motivation at SD Negeri 2 Cibenda. The curriculum management process consists of several stages: curriculum planning, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, and curriculum development. Curriculum planning is carried out by fulfilling physiological needs, self-actualization, and social needs. Curriculum organization is achieved by meeting social needs and self-actualization needs. This programme is a strategic step to create independent santri and contribute to the development of local agriculture, so as to improve community welfare. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, which involves collecting primary and secondary data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research focuses on the Agricultural Management at Pondok Pesantren Babakan Jamanis as the research subject. Data analysis techniques are carried out systematically to understand the meaning of the data obtained, with the aim of providing a clear picture of the sustainability of the agricultural business being run. The results showed that Bank Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme had a significant positive impact on the development of agricultural businesses at the Babakan Jamanis Islamic Boarding School. Through the assistance of modern agricultural facilities and infrastructure, as well as training to increase the capacity of human resources, this programme has helped farmers improve agricultural efficiency and productivity. This study focuses on the management strategy used by the principal in forming the character of student learning discipline through the Quran memorization program. This study uses a qualitative method, with the research subjects being the principal, the Quran memorization teacher and students. The study was conducted at MTs Ma'arif Curug Cijulang. Therefore, to answer the challenges in this era of globalization, educational institutions need and must carry out innovations that are able to produce highly competent students, one of which is by having a special school program such as providing life skills, because with a life skills program at least students have the provision and basics about how to face the challenges of the times. This research uses a qualitative method, using a descriptive approach, in this case observing the management of the life skills program (English class) in improving students' language competence at MAN 2 Pangandaran. This research uses data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The primary data in this research are life skills managers, student affairs leaders and MAN 2 Pangandaran teachers. Secondary data consists of theoretical data, documentation data and other supporting data obtained from school documents. The data wettability test was carried out by source triangulation. Data analysis in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: management of the life skills program (English Class) in increasing student competence, namely through planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring, is able to increase student competence. Students' ability in English has increased and what is quite encouraging for the management and the school is that students who take part in Life Skills (English Class) can excel at the district level by winning the English speech competition at the Pangandaran district level. The subjects in this research were the caretakers of the Babangan Jamanis Islamic boarding school, biofloc entrepreneurship coaches and students who were involved in forming entrepreneurial character in the Islamic boarding school through the use of Biofloc. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Kyai's leadership strategy in forming the entrepreneurial character of students through the use of biofloc at the Babakan Jamanis Islamic Boarding School uses Geoff Mulgan's theory which includes goals, environment, direction, action and learning. This biofloc is one of the entrepreneurial programs supported by the government to develop entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. The presence of biofloc in the Babakan Jamanis Islamic Boarding School environment supports the formation of the entrepreneurial character of students. The facilities provided and collaboration with fisheries experts create a conducive environment for the development of entrepreneurial skills. Kyai directs the students to undertake training to understand and learn how to manage fish with the biofloc system. In this effort, students are guided by trainers who are very experienced in the biofloc system from the Provincial Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The actions taken by Kyai and students in managing the biofloc business reflect commitment and hard work in achieving entrepreneurial goals. In his learning activities, Kyai selects several students who are believed to have an interest and talent in fish management to take part in training. The results of the formation of the entrepreneurial character of students through the use of biofloc show that students can be said to have an entrepreneurial character. The participation of the community with educational institutions, as a form of contribution to the advancement of these institutions, deserves managerial attention in order to provide a better and more significant contribution to the development of education, ultimately working together to achieve quality education in schools. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to understand the role of public relations management in managing community participation at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur.</em> <em>This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, open and directed discussions, and documentation studies involving the principal, teachers, the committee, and parents of students at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur to describe the role of public relations management in enhancing community participation.</em> <em>The results show that the role of PR in managing community participation to support school programs at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur, Pangandaran Regency, involves forming discussions with parents/guardians and a committee consisting of two representatives from each class of grade X. On one hand, the freedom given to teachers and students can encourage innovation in the teaching and learning process. However, on the other hand, the lack of supervision and guidance from the school principal can lead to a lack of coordination in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to determine 1) how the laissez-faire leadership style of the principal at Al-Furqon Boarding School Cimerak is, and 2) how the students' academic performance at Al-Furqon Boarding School Cimerak is. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study are the Principal, Teachers, Staff, and also Students of Al-Furqon Boarding School. The data analysis technique in this research involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusions. The validity of the data in this study is tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the research indicate that 1) the leadership style of the school principal employs a laissez-faire leadership style, which allows teachers to try new things in learning. The principal only receives information and does not monitor specific data regarding student progress. 2) Students' academic performance improved because the teaching staff was given the freedom to create learning programs both inside and outside the classroom. Students are able to achieve good performance based on the assessments conducted daily up to the final semester exam. Despite having a strong educational tradition, this Islamic boarding school faces significant challenges related to adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. Suboptimal facilities and infrastructure can hinder the teaching and learning process and affect the overall quality of education. </em><em>This research aims to examine the role of kyai in improving educational facilities and infrastructure at the Al-Furqon Cimerak Islamic Boarding School. Kyai as leaders of islamic boarding school have an important role in developing facilities that support teaching and learning activities or recitation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected throught interviews, observation and documentation involving yai, santri and islmic boarding school managers.</em> <em>The results of this research show that Kyai have a central role in managing facilities and infrastructure, which includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Kyai also plays a role in building partnerships with the community and alumni to support the development of educational facilities. This research concludes that good management by Kyai contributes significantly to improving the quality of education at the Al-Furqon Cimerak Islamic Boarding School. As a recommendation, management training is needed for Kyai and administrators, as well as increased participation of students in maintaining facilities. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' understanding of science concepts, especially on the subject of motion and force at SMPN 25 Bengkulu City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the pretest-posttest control group design type. The study population was grade IX students with 30 research subjects in one experimental class (VII B) and a control class (VII C). This study was limited to one school with a relatively small sample size and focused on only one science learning topic. The results of the study from the results of the Independent Sample T-Test hypothesis test value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 &lt;0.05, which means that H? is rejected and H? is accepted. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between before and after learning using the PBL (problem-based learning) learning model on the understanding of science concepts on the subject of motion and force at SMPN 25 Bengkulu City. This study contributes to the literature on the effectiveness of student-based learning models such as PBL. Academic supervision plays a vital role in ensuring that teachers are capable of implementing differentiated instruction, formative assessment, and student-centered learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of academic supervision in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 44 Rejang Lebong and to identify the challenges and supports involved in its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of the principal, supervisor, and teachers involved in the curriculum implementation. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis with triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. The findings reveal that academic supervision is still largely administrative and lacks focus on pedagogical aspects. Identified barriers include insufficient training for supervisors, limited teacher understanding of differentiated learning, and minimal follow-up after supervision. However, reflective, continuous, and needs-based supervision has proven to enhance teacher competence and the effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation. The limitation of this study lies in its scope, which is confined to a single school, yet it provides significant implications for developing contextual academic supervision practices. In both global and national contexts, character education is increasingly viewed as a strategic solution to the ethical and behavioral degradation of students. This study aims to examine the urgency of character education from an Islamic perspective as a foundational element in the development of noble character. The method employed is a literature review, analyzing both classical and contemporary works from Islamic sources and general educational thought. The analysis focuses on the ideas of key figures such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Miskawayh, as well as modern thinkers like Zakiah Daradjat and Thomas Lickona, using a descriptive-analytical approach. The main findings suggest that character education in Islam is not merely a moral instrument, but a path toward forming the insan kamil (complete human) through the integration of tawhid (divine unity), adab (proper conduct), and social ethics. This study distinguishes itself from previous research by emphasizing the integration of classical Islamic literature with modern character education theories in addressing contemporary ethical challenges. Although the study is conceptually based and lacks empirical validation, its theoretical implications provide a strong foundation for developing a contextually relevant moral education curriculum. The results of the analysis show that the concept of developing Islamic educational management is formulated with the following steps: First, formulating a shared understanding of the meaning and significance of education. Second, formulating an education system based on Islamic values. Third, the concept of developing Islamic educational management is based on the spirit of strengthening the curriculum. Fourth, formulating precise objectives while determining educational tasks. Fifth, becoming an alternative in responding to the challenges of an increasingly complex era.
