This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. A sample of 52 students was determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 110 people, with a probability sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. This study encourages Islamic boarding school managers to develop a professional and sustainable hadith memorization program. These findings can also be a reference for educational institutions and related agencies in developing a character education model based on Islamic values. The uniqueness of this study lies in the quantitative measurement of the management of the hadith memorization program, not the Al-Quran memorization, and its relationship with the religious character of students in the context of Islamic boarding school education. The results of the analysis indicate that the management of the hadith memorization program has a positive and significant effect on the religious character of students, with a significance value of 0.001 (&lt;0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.388 indicates that 38.8% of the variation in religious character is explained by program management, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. According to Gouzali, the development of human resources in an organization aims to ensure that the knowledge, abilities, and skills of human resources are in line with the demands of their work. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence generated by human resource development activities (independent variable) by assessing the three indicators of knowledge, ability, and skill on student satisfaction with the academic information system at STITNU Al-Farabi Pangandaran (dependent variable). The method used in this study is quantitative, employing survey techniques. The population in this study consists of active students in the 2021-2024 academic year in the MPI, PIAUD, BKPI, MBS, and HKI programs. The sampling technique used in this study is proportionate stratified sampling, with a sample size of 73 students. Data collection in this study was conducted using interviews, skala likert questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, and t-tests using SPSS version 26. The analysis results showed a positive and significant influence between human resource development and student satisfaction with the academic information system, with a correlation coefficient of 0.798. The calculated results obtained by the researcher show that the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value (11.173 &gt; 1.993). Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of human resource development (independent) on student satisfaction with the academic information system (dependent). This study aims to explore the implementation of marketing strategies carried out by SMP Plus Miftahul Falah Cikalong, focusing on market segmentation, target setting, institutional positioning, and the application of educational promotional mix strategies. </em><em>A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analytical process follows Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which involves three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The subjects involved in this inquiry include the principal, teachers, student admission committee members, and new students to represent the user perspective.</em> <em>Findings reveal that the institution has systematically implemented a marketing strategy aligned with the values and needs of the local community. Contributing factors to the effectiveness of the promotion include the institution's pesantren-based image, the quality of human resources, and adequate infrastructure. Conversely, limited promotional budgets and the digital literacy gap within the marketing team remain significant obstacles to expanding promotional outreach.</em> <em>These findings suggest that the success of educational marketing strategies is not solely dependent on the promotional content but also on the institution's ability to construct a relevant image and establish effective communication with the public. Digital marketing strategies have become an important communication tool in building and strengthening the image of educational institutions, especially in today's digital era. This study employs a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The research sample consists of parents of students who are the target recipients of the school’s digital promotional information. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires via Google Forms, which are then analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing strategies and school image. The correlation coefficient value of 0.771 indicates a strong relationship, while the significance value of 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05) indicates that the relationship is significant. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing strategies, the more positive the school's image in the public eye. Digital marketing strategies influence school image by 77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. This study concludes that the social media-based digital marketing strategies implemented by SD IT An-Nahar Pangandaran—through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube—play an important role in shaping the public's positive perception of the institution. This study aims to analyze the management of digital competence in enhancing the soft skills of students at SMK Nurul Huda Al-Ghina Cimerak. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the management of digital competence at the school is not yet fully integrated into the curriculum but has been initiated through multimedia projects based on practical assignments. Students’ soft skills, such as communication, collaboration, and initiative, have begun to develop, although aspects such as self-regulation and discipline still require further attention. The correlation between digital technology proficiency and soft skill enhancement is evident through the implementation of project-based learning models. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers and the disciplined pesantren (Islamic boarding school) culture, while the inhibiting factors involve limited infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and a lack of collaboration with industry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology-based human resource management (HRM) in enhancing teacher professionalism at SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results indicate that the application of digital systems in HRM such as personnel management platforms, online training, and technology-based performance evaluation has improved work efficiency, accountability, and teachers’ professional competence. Despite challenges such as limited digital skills among some teachers, transformative leadership and internal collaboration have become key supporting factors for successful implementation. School principals, as leaders of educational institutions, play a strategic role in providing and managing information technology facilities that support the teaching and learning process. In madrasahs such as MAN 2 Pangandaran, the utilization of technology infrastructure still faces significant challenges, particularly in terms of limited facilities and resources. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to examine in depth the role of school principal leadership in managing information technology infrastructure. The focus of the study includes identifying leadership roles and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the strategies implemented. The results of the study show that the principal of MAN 2 Pangandaran applies a collaborative and participatory leadership style. This leadership is reflected in active involvement in all stages of management, from strategic planning, procurement of facilities, to the implementation of technology in learning. The approach taken is participatory, involving teachers, administrative staff, and students in the decision-making process. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at SDN 5 Sindangsari Cimerak has been carried out through the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, and disposal. However, challenges remain, such as budget constraints, low awareness of facility maintenance, and inadequate learning facilities. Nevertheless, supporting factors such as assistance from the school administration and the Department of Education contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of facilities and infrastructure management. the improvement in student learning outcomes at SDN 5 Sindangsari Cimerak shows positive results. The main factor supporting the achievement of improved student learning outcomes is teacher competence. The main focus of this research includes how the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating library management is carried out by utilizing the SLiMS system as a digital media that facilitates the management of library information systematically and efficiently. Efforts to increase student reading power are an important background in this study, given the low interest in reading among students which is still a challenge in today's digital era. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type. The subjects in this study include the head of the library, service technicians, reading technicians, and students as key informants. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. This method was chosen to explore data comprehensively, deeply, and in accordance with the real conditions in the field. The data analysis technique used in this research refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which goes through three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification.The results showed that the use of SLiMS has had a positive impact on the efficiency of library management, easy access to information, and student interest in utilizing library services. However, there are still some obstacles such as the unavailability of electronic books and the absence of a structured permanent literacy program. This study uses a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study are the strategic management implemented by the Madrasah Principal consists of three stages: 1) formulation: The Madrasah Principal has a vision of making MI Dukuh superior in the use of technology through improving teacher competency and collaboration with other institutions. While the mission of the Madrasah Principal of MI Dukuh Parakanmanngu is to improve teachers' abilities in the field of technology by means of training and establishing collaboration with external institutions. Internal factors, technological facilities are still very minimal (only one laptop and one Wi-Fi), without a computer laboratory. External factors also have not supported permanently due to limited funds from parents. The strategies implemented include training through KKG, KKMI, and OPM, as well as setting aside funds from BOS. The long-term goal is to build technological facilities gradually and have its own computer laboratory space. Implementation: The annual goal is to collaborate with external parties to provide internet access and computers. The school administration has begun using digital systems such as online reporting, WhatsApp groups, and digital textbooks. The study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the school principal, teachers, proctors, technicians, and students at MI Amanah Bangunjaya.</em> <em>The findings indicate that ICT infrastructure management at MI Amanah Bangunjaya is fairly well implemented despite several obstacles, such as a limited number of computers, unstable internet connections, and the absence of standard operating procedures for technical issues. Nevertheless, the school managed to carry out the ANBK effectively by dividing exam sessions, collaborating with other institutions, and conducting technical training for proctors and technicians. The strategies adopted were adaptive and practical but lacked long-term strategic planning.</em> <em>The study concludes that strengthening ICT infrastructure management, developing standard operating procedures, and providing regular training for human resources are crucial to ensure a more optimal, efficient, and sustainable implementation of ANBK in the future. The primary challenge identified is the inadequate efficiency in student data management, which has been conducted manually, resulting in time-consuming processes and potential errors in data recording and processing. The research methodology employed is a system development approach utilizing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The research findings demonstrate that MIS implementation significantly improves student data management efficiency. The developed system successfully automates new student registration processes, academic data management, financial administration, and student data reporting. System testing reveals that data processing time decreased by 70% compared to the previous manual system. Furthermore, data accuracy increased substantially while reducing recording errors. The MIS implementation facilitates real-time access to student information for school personnel and streamlines the generation of required reports. The study concludes that MIS implementation proves effective in enhancing student data management efficiency and can be recommended for adoption in other educational institutions. The main objective of this research is to analyze the optimization of student management in improving student discipline and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. </em><em>This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, with research subjects consisting of the school principal, guidance counselors, vice principals, and students. </em><em>This study is limited to the context of MA YPK Cijulang and does not directly examine external factors such as family or social environments. The implication is that the findings can serve as a reference for other Islamic-based madrasahs to develop student management strategies grounded in spiritual values. </em><em>The study reveals that student management is optimized through four functions: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Strategies such as routine religious activities, active student involvement in OSIS and extracurriculars, and guidance counseling programs have proven effective in fostering a culture of discipline. The main obstacles include limited facilities and negative perceptions of the counseling room. These findings align with Mulyasa's management theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs, as well as Islamic values from QS. At-Tahrim: 6 and QS. As-Saff: 4, reinforcing the moral foundation of student character building. </em><em>This research offers a holistic approach to student management based on Islamic values, a perspective that has been scarcely explored in prior studies. The main issues in this study are the low interest in entrepreneurship through digital media and the suboptimal human resource management in Masawah Village. The background of this study is the importance of a positive image of the school as a private Islamic educational institution in attracting public interest amid increasingly intense competition among educational institutions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman method, where data was reduced, presented, and conclusions were drawn. The research results indicate that marketing management strategies are implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Additionally, there are three main indicators supporting the enhancement of the school's branding through social media at MAS YBH Cimindi, namely active participation on social media (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), creating a positive image through educational and religious digital content, and alumni involvement in school publications and promotions, both conventional and digital. Supporting factors of this strategy include committed human resources of school management, teacher and student participation, utilization of popular platforms, religious academic reputation and alumni involvement. The inhibiting factors are limited competent human resources, lack of promotional budget, competition with other schools, and lack of evaluation and monitoring. Technology-based learning management is essential for creating an effective and relevant learning environment. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students, as well as direct observations and analysis of related documents. The aim of this study is to analyze the planning of technology-based learning management and to evaluate the implementation of digital learning management at Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang. The results indicate that the learning planning at Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang has involved the development of a curriculum integrated with technology in accordance with curriculum needs. The implementation of learning utilizes digital platforms such as the Pilar Sekolah application, PhET, and educational videos. However, this study also identifies challenges, such as the lack of technological skills among some teachers and internet access issues for students. The focus is on how management functions are implemented and how classical educational traditions are maintained amid technological developments. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings reveal that pesantren management is carried out in a participatory manner, emphasizing collective deliberation, role modeling, and moral-based supervision. Salafiyah traditions such as the teaching of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), and learning methods including sorogan, bandongan, and halaqah are preserved, although limited adaptation to digital technology has been introduced. This indicates that the pesantren successfully maintains a balance between traditional values and modern needs. The originality of this study lies in its depiction of a contextual management model for salafiyah pesantren in the digital era. This study is grounded in the urgency of human resource management in pesantren, which requires the integration of pedagogical competence, Qur’anic memorization ability, and caregiving functions. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren leaders and teaching staff, field observations of learning and caregiving activities, and documentation of relevant institutional records. Data analysis was conducted thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the management of teaching and educational staff at PPTQ Ummul Qur’an has functioned effectively through a familial approach, with musyrif playing a central role as educators, caregivers, and role models for students in the tahfizh learning process. However, the study also reveals limitations in the performance evaluation system, which has not yet been structured systematically, as well as the lack of sustainable professional development programs for teaching staff. This research is limited to a single pesantren, and therefore the findings cannot be generalized to all tahfizh pesantren. Nevertheless, the results provide practical implications for pesantren administrators in developing more structured management systems for teaching staff without neglecting the distinctive values of pesantren. This study explores the development and implementation of a website-based PAI laboratory at SMA Al-Islam Bandung, an institution that utilizes virtual platforms to overcome the absence of physical laboratory facilities. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach through field research, data were primarily collected via in-depth interviews with key informants, including specialized PAI educators. The findings indicate that the website-based laboratory serves as an effective virtual hub for disseminating instructional materials, broadcasting worship simulations, and managing digital assessments. The implementation has significantly improved student engagement and instructional flexibility; however, it faces technical hurdles such as bandwidth limitations and varying levels of device accessibility among students. The study concludes that while the virtual lab acts as a catalyst for modernizing PAI pedagogy, its success is highly contingent upon infrastructure stability and teacher digital literacy.
