Abstract

This study examines the implementation of conflict management approaches in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Bojongmalang with a focus on conflict resolution models and negotiation techniques to create a harmonious learning environment. This study aims to identify the sources of conflict that occur in the madrasah environment, analyze the effectiveness of the conflict resolution model applied, and evaluate the role of negotiation techniques in managing conflicts between stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that conflicts in MI Bojongmalang generally originate from students and students in the learning process, as well as communication obstacles in the implementation of communication with students. The conflict resolution model applied includes a collaborative and integrative approach, with an emphasis on constructive dialogue and deliberation?. Effective negotiation techniques include a win-win solution approach and active mediation involving all parties. This study found that the implementation of systematic and structured conflict management contributes significantly to building a harmonious learning environment, improving the quality of communication between stakeholders, and supporting the achievement of madrasah education goals.
