Peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian Terhadap Pengelolaan Akreditasi di SMK Nurul Huda Al Gina

This research aims to analyze the role of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) in managing accreditation at NURUL HUDA Al GINA Vocational School. SIMPEG is used to manage personnel data more efficiently, as well as to support the preparation of documents and physical evidence needed in the accreditation process. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with data collection through observation, interviews and document analysis. Research findings show that the application of SIMPEG is able to increase the efficiency and accuracy of personnel data management, facilitate access to information, and assist decision making. However, challenges related to the readiness of human resources and technological infrastructure that are not yet optimal still exist. To overcome this, several strategies proposed include intensive training, improving technological infrastructure, and regular evaluation. SIMPEG has proven to be a very important tool in increasing the efficiency of personnel management and supporting accreditation preparations at NURUL HUDA Al GINA Vocational School
