This study aims to examine the guidance and counseling management at Langkaplancar State High School 1. The subjects of the study include the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, students, and other school staff. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that guidance and counseling management at Langkaplancar State High School No. 1 is functioning effectively, encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating programs. This study highlights the crucial role of collaboration among teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders in delivering satisfactory guidance and counseling services. Broadly speaking, this study discusses the implementation of counseling at Langkaplancar State High School 1
